Keith Goehner for Washington State Senate

It has been a privilege to represent the 12th District for the past 6 years. As we have worked through difficult challenges and look to the future, we must learn from past decisions and the consequences they have created.

Residents of Washington should be safe and secure in their communities. Adequate energy resources will be a critical issue that must be addressed to protect the most vulnerable. Maintaining roads, bridges, and ferries is a core function of government and needs to be a high priority. State government must respect the role of local government and refrain from making it difficult to provide public services. The State should encourage personal success for all of its residents. We have created programs to assist communities and service providers, and we have an obligation to fully fund these services.

Although we have critical social, fiscal, and environmental issues to tackle, there is still great promise for Washington. We must support creative and innovative businesses to continue providing good jobs for Washington’s families.

Together, we can restore our state to prominence by establishing our priorities and working to achieve them.

It would be my honor to serve the 12th District as your senator, 2024.
